BREAKFAST
We serve more than bread and water to our guests! A buffet breakfast is served every morning and is included in the room rate.
FREE WIFI
Free wifi is available throughout the building with great access /quick access /high-sped access to meet our guests need to stream movies / music and stay connected for work and to study.
PARKING
There is a parking right outside the hotel. Guest parking is located in the prison yard and is available upon request via the reception.
MEETING
The hotel has one conference room with space for up to 38 people. The bright gallery outside the cells are ideal for workshops, exhibitions, coffee breaks and mingling. We offer conference packages and accommodation. Book a conference in a captivating and unique environment!
FAMILY
The hotel has family rooms for 4-6 people located in the main building with shared showers and toilets. The Annex is a separate house on the prison yard with two bedrooms, a kitchenette, shower and toilet! Extra beds are available.
GUEST KITCHEN
The combination hotel and shared kitchen is appreciated by the guests. Access to the fully equipped kitchen during the day and evening. Socialize with new friends and feel like home!
MUSEUM
Visit the small prison museum in cell no. 6! The carefully restored prison from 1861 contains a lot of history and is Umeå’s oldest stone house, now a national monument.
TV-ROOM
Access to TV with digital channels in the conference room. TV and seating area are also available outside the cells in the gallery
ACCESSIBILITY
Rooms are available with accessible shared toilets and showers. Elevator available from street level and inside the building. The Annex is a separate house with two bedrooms, kitchenette and accessible shower/toilet. Easy access with a ramp at the entrance.
