The annex has two double rooms with shower/toilet (accessible) and a
kitchenette with refrigerator and microwave.
A conference room is based on the second floor, suitable for meetings, briefings, and communication center for associations and sport groups. The venue is also used as a breakfast and TV room. The hotel cooperates with catering companies and restaurants nearby and organizes various events upon request.
